These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hunnybunnytravels.com and the services offered by Hunny Bunny Travels ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- Please ensure all details (names, contact numbers, number of travellers) provided at the time of booking are accurate.
2. Payment Terms
- A minimum advance of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trip start date.
- We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 15+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (5%).
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable.
- No-show: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
4. Trip Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives wherever possible. No refund will be provided for modifications caused by force majeure events.
- If you wish to modify your booking (dates, destination, number of travellers), please contact us at least 10 days before the trip. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) during the trip.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings, valuables, and documents. Hunny Bunny Travels is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Travellers must follow the instructions of the trip leader and local guides, especially during treks and adventure activities.
- Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substance during the trip is strictly prohibited unless specified otherwise.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the traveller will be their personal liability.
6. Health & Fitness
- Some of our tours involve trekking, high-altitude travel, or adventure activities. It is your responsibility to assess your fitness level before booking.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
- We recommend consulting your physician before embarking on treks or high-altitude trips.
7. Liability
- Hunny Bunny Travels acts as a facilitator and coordinator of travel services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the services of hotels, transport operators, airlines, or any third-party service providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, accidents, or events beyond our control.
- Participation in adventure activities (rafting, trekking, bungee jumping, etc.) is at your own risk. We ensure certified operators, but cannot guarantee against all risks inherent to such activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on hunnybunnytravels.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Hunny Bunny Travels and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
